"So Many Options"
There were loads to choose from, honestly. I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted at first, but it made it easy to just look around and pick something. Definitely a good spot if you like having plenty of options.

"Accurate Colour and a Pleasantly Easy Match"
I ordered a few tiles because I was slightly worried the colour might look different in person, but they were pretty much spot on compared to the website photos. It made matching them with our kitchen a lot easier than expected. Overall, I’m really pleased with the result, no awkward surprises, just exactly what we needed

"Decent tiles for the price, but check them first"
I ordered some tiles from Tile Mountain and overall they turned out okay, but I’d say it’s worth checking every box before you start laying them. Most of the tiles looked nice once they were down, but a few had small chips along the edges and there were slight colour differences in some of them. We managed to use the chipped ones for cuts, so it wasn’t a disaster, just a bit frustrating. For the price, they’re decent enough, but if you’re doing a really visible area, I’d definitely recommend ordering a few extra and sorting through them first...

Not gonna lie, a few of them arrived damaged, which was a bit frustrating. I did have to chase them up, but they eventually replaced the damaged ones, so it got resolved in the end...

I ordered a few tile samples from Tile Mountain and they arrived fairly quickly. They were packed well, and it definitely helped to see them in the room before deciding what to buy. The whole process was simple enough and there wasn’t really any hassle. I’d probably use them again.

"Box Was Dented, But the Tiles Were Fine"
The box showed up dented, which obviously wasn’t great, but the tiles themselves were okay. I know people might make a big deal out of the packaging, and I get it, but in my case nothing was broken or damaged, so I’m not really complaining.

"Fair pricing and no sneaky surprises"
I ordered some bathroom tiles from Tile Mountain and appreciated how clear everything was. The prices were shown upfront, and there weren’t any of those sneaky extra charges that only appear once you’re halfway through checkout, which I always think is a bit unfair when companies do that. "Everything arrived exactly as ordered"
I ordered a few packs of tiles and trims from Tile Mountain and it all turned up just as I’d chosen online. No wrong colours, nothing missing, and the quantities were spot on, which was a big relief. It was all straightforward, if that makes sense, but that’s exactly what you want with this sort of order. I checked the boxes twice and everything was correct. I’d happily use them again...

I ended up needing a few extra tiles right at the last minute and thought I’d be stuck waiting. I reached out and they basically came back with, “Yep, we’ve got those in stock,” which was such a relief. Picked them up without any hassle and it saved me a huge headache.

I’ve used Tile Mountain for a few jobs now, and the trade team have been solid to deal with. They get back quickly, don’t make things more complicated than they need to, and helped me sort a small order issue without any fuss.
The prices are decent as well, but the main thing is being able to get hold of someone who actually tries to help. When you’re on site and need things moving along, that makes a real difference.

"Wish I’d Bought These Sooner"
Every box had the same finish, with none of those weird extra-shiny ones mixed in. I’m really happy with how they turned out — my only regret is not getting them sooner.

I had to return an item the other day, right before I was heading out to run a few errands, and overall it was smooth. The refund came through quickly, which I appreciated. The only thing was the return label took a bit longer than I expected to arrive, but once I got it, everything was fine.
